We are a legislatively created body designed to provide policy guidance for the integrated care and treatment of adults and children with mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities/related conditions as administered by state agencies in Nevada through the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services and the Division of Child and Family Services. We are also designed to promote client rights of all clients of such treatment facilities, whether they are for adults or minors, or public or private facilities.
